Forg'd in Faerie Fire
'Twas ev'ry hearts desire
Lost in Days of Olde
The Ring of Sylvangold
It calls to you and I

Spirit of the Ruling Ring
Ring of Magick, wild and strong
Sings to me its Siren Song
A Song of Hope, with bold refrain
Tho' many Ages it has lain
Forgotten in forbidden halls
Still the Ringwraith Spirit calls
It calls to you and I

Beware--'Tis a perilous quest!

"Champion, come to me
Together we shall rule the Land
Magick Ring and Iron Hand
'Tis your Fate--your Destiny
O come and set my Spirit free"
With all these words, and many more
I found myself at Oaken Door
Behind which precious treasures lie

By mystic means and mortal might
I found myself beyond the Door
And lo, found bodies by the score
Their grinning skulls cleft in twain
The victims of a madden'd reign
A reign of blood, and no mistake
They came my precious Ring to take
It calls to you and I

These champions of Iron and Steel
What secrets, could they talk, reveal
Of Lurking Death from Ages past
